Participating in the Medical Oncology Program can be a straightforward process and is most easily managed using the Carelon Medical Benefits Management provider portal. Provider portal allows you to open a new order, update an existing order and retrieve your order summary. As an online application, provider portal is available 24/7. Your first step is to register your practice in provider portal, if you are not already registered.

To access on-demand training:

1. Log into www.providerportal.com
2. Click on Help Desk icon
3. Click on the Tutorials icon to access training sessions for: Genetic Testing, Radiation Oncology, or Medical Oncology
