How to participate
Laboratories performing routine laboratory testing are required to register for the Routine Lab Testing program.
Labs should follow the below steps to be ready for the Routine Lab Testing program launch.
- Complete the Routine Lab Test Menu template – labs will use this template to share their full test compendiums and accreditations. Instructions for completing the template are provided below.
- Email the completed Routine Lab Test Menu template to routinelabsupport@carelon.com.
- Submit routine lab testing claims with your proprietary test identifiers.
