To support high-quality, high-value care, we are pleased to announce a new collaboration with Carelon Medical Benefits Management. Beginning August 1, 2019, we require your participation in the following programs, which promote evidence-based, high-value care for our members receiving chemotherapy and/or radiation therapy for the treatment of cancer.
